If you have a missing item the please leave us a support ticket and we will respond as soon as we can,


We get hundreds of orders a day and sometimes mistakes happen with the orders are being picked.

Items can be missed off or we can pack the wrong item - when you are packing over 200 orders a day you can understand that we may make a couple of mistakes.


We will issue a refund for missing items within 24 hours. We do not send out replacements.
